Licensing & Disclosures
Vaultmark Lending LLC operates with institutional transparency. Review our lending structure, statutory consumer safeguards, zero-fee policy, and state disclosures.
Regulatory Disclosure: Commercial Collateral Finance
Vaultmark Lending LLC is a private asset-backed specialty finance provider. We are not a retail depository bank, savings institution, or credit union, and do not accept consumer deposits. All financing agreements are secured solely by tangible luxury personal property pledged into institutional Class 3 depository custody.
Corporate Entity & Regulatory Status
Vaultmark Lending LLC (“Vaultmark”) is a privately held limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York, maintaining principal executive and appraisal offices in Manhattan, New York.
Our operations are structured under the commercial finance and personal property collateral statutes of the jurisdictions in which we operate. We provide private liquidity against physical assets under written contractual Promissory Notes and Security Agreements with clear, predetermined maturities (typically 3, 6, or 12 months with extension rights).
Specialty Private Credit Model vs. Retail Pawn
Vaultmark Lending does not operate retail storefront pawn shops or retail walk-in brokerages. Our private credit model is designed for high-value asset owners who require institutional terms:
Loan amounts range from $5,000 to over $5,000,000. Underwriting is conducted by credentialed GIA Graduate Gemologists and AWCI master watchmakers.
Assets are held in UL-certified Class 3 high-security depository vaults (Brink's, Malca-Amit) insured 100% through Lloyd's of London.
Disbursements and repayments occur via secure Fedwire and ACH bank transfers with complete digital audit trails and zero storefront cash transactions.
Non-Recourse Statutory Consumer Safeguards
All collateral loans issued by Vaultmark Lending are strictly non-recourse obligations:
- Zero Deficiency Claims: If a borrower defaults or elects not to redeem the collateral upon loan maturity, the pledged item serves as the lender's sole recovery source. We are legally barred from seeking personal deficiency judgments or liens against the borrower's other assets.
- Zero Credit Reporting: Vaultmark does not report inquiries, active balances, late notices, or defaults to consumer reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion).
- Zero Personal Guarantees: No spousal guarantees, personal balance sheet covenants, or business liens are ever required.
Surplus Value Return Guarantee & Protocol
In the event of an unredeemed loan following the expiration of all statutory grace periods, the pledged asset is liquidated through institutional wholesale or auction channels.
Contractual Surplus Return Mechanism:
If the net liquidation proceeds exceed the total outstanding loan obligations (consisting of the unpaid principal, accrued contractual interest, and direct necessary third-party liquidation fees), the excess balance (the “Surplus”) is contractually remitted back to the borrower within thirty (30) calendar days of sale settlement.
